Ben is the leader of Cheme’s talent development program, providing strategic direction for the training, mentorship, and performance management programs that make Cheme team members stand out as technical leaders and project managers in the industry. Ben is passionate about helping others realize their potential through continuous learning and development.
Ben is a subject matter expert in pharmaceutical packaging technology with a track record of success implementing filling lines and solid dose packaging equipment and launching commercial products for global pharmaceutical clients. With more than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Ben has become a well-rounded GMP facility expert with a portfolio of successful projects in compounding, clean utilities, facility design, operational planning, production management, and laboratory operations.
Ben has both Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Applied Science degrees in nanotechnology and chemical engineering respectively from the University of Waterloo.
