Ben is the Director of Engineering for Canada, providing strategic direction and technical leadership on engineering design and delivery to Cheme’s technical team. With over 15 years experience in industry, Ben is a well-rounded technical leader.
Ben is a technical leader in the firm with subject matter expertise in process engineering, automation, facility design, and operations. With extensive experience in highly regulated environments, Ben has a portfolio of successful projects in compounding, cleaning, filtration, facilities and utilities, filling and packaging, operational planning, and laboratory operations. Ben leads the Engineering and Technical Services Team to ensure Discipline Leadership and technical excellence across Cheme’s projects.
Ben has both a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Applied Science degrees in nanotechnology and chemical engineering respectively from the University of Waterloo.
