Lauren is the Studio Head at Cheme, where she provides strategic and operational leadership for the execution and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and beverage, and chemical processing industries. She oversees complex project scopes ensuring alignment between technical execution, operational priorities, and organizational objectives.
Her portfolio spans aseptic manufacturing, upstream and downstream processing, filling and packaging systems, critical utilities, project management, commissioning and qualification. She coordinates multifaceted work packages that require detailed planning, cross functional alignment, and disciplined execution.
Lauren brings a strong technical foundation and a proven track record of leading projects across the full lifecycle from feasibility and engineering through procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and validation. She enjoys solving complex technical challenges and guiding teams through the delivery of regulated manufacturing systems.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Environmental Engineering from McGill University.
