Lucy is the Director of Operations at Cheme, providing strategic direction for operational activities. She works closely with senior management and staff to meet company objectives. Lucy has over 10 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management.
Lucy recognizes the value of strong client relationships and quality service, and motivates project teams to work collaboratively to deliver effective and innovative solutions. Her expertise lies in operational and project management; she has led the successful management of multimillion-dollar projects as well as large, multidisciplinary teams.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo. She is a licensed engineer under PEO and a certified Project Management Professional.
